Modern Studio Apartment w/h Kitchen + Patio

Nestled in a quiet row house in Deonar Farm lane, this cozy studio is inspired by old-world Bombay charm. It’s a simple, open space with a comfy bed, sofa bed, and a spacious kitchen for short or long stays. The best part is the little patio with a dining table and a lovely old tree growing through it — perfect for your morning chai. A calm, homely retreat that’s still well-connected to all of Mumbai.

The space
It’s a row house with a common entrance for the ground, 1st and 2nd floors. We have a full-time in-house caretaker at the property.

Other things to note
– Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests staying at the property.
– Guests below 21 years of age are not permitted to stay unaccompanied.
– All visitors are required to produce a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
– Guests below 21 years of age must be accompanied by and stay under the supervision of a local guardian aged 21 years or above throughout their stay.

– The water motor is located on the ground floor in the patio area. It runs twice a day for at least one hour each time. The motor does make some sound, which we request guests to kindly bear with.
