Definitions
Guest: Refers to any individual or group who books or stays at one of our properties.
Property: Refers to the accommodations offered by Flamingo City Stays.
Booking: Refers to the reservation made by the Guest for the use of our Property.
Booking Policy
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with Flamingo City Stays.
b. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking information.
c. Modifications: Requests to modify a booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your stay to request changes.
d. Cancellations:
Cancellations made 07 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified
Check-In and Check-Out
a. Check-In Time: Check in time is 2PM . Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
b. Check-Out Time: Check out time is 11AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a fee.
c. Identification: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. International guests are required to provide a valid passport.
Guest Responsibilities
a. Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and adhere to property rules. Flamingo City Stays reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund for misconduct.
b. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
c. Maximum Occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the stated capacity of the property. Violation may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
Payment Terms
a. Payment Methods: We accept payment methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking.
b. Taxes and Fees: All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, such as cleaning fees or security deposits, will be disclosed during the booking process.
c. Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the due time. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
Limitation of Liability
Flamingo City Stays is not liable for:
Personal injuries or property loss during the stay
Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions
Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., transportation or tour operators)
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments
Flamingo City Stays reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the respective cities.
